This 120-year-old barn was fully gutted, structural reinforcement using precast concrete foundation and wood posts inserted into the two sides, while a new LVL cross beam was installed to carry a mezzanine with found woods from another barn. The interior space is designed to store an Airstream camper trailer adorned with pickle ball court and basket ball hoop. The rear garden area includes a driveway and an RV station for the family to use and enjoy the ravine at the back.
